So what exactly is commercial print modeling? It is modeling for a product: Anything that can be bought or sold can be used for commercial print modeling. No, you do not need or want to be a model to be in this industry. Actually, actors and real people are encouraged to apply for these jobs. It differs from high fashion/runway/clothing modeling. Commercial print modeling is all about being able to realistically sell a product to an audience.

Lohan Sings Out!

Lindsay Lohan is working on a whole new sound for her new album tracks! She says she is seeking inspiration from two major pop stars for her upcoming album. She wants her new sound to be “dancy” and describes it as a “kind of Kylie Minogue-meets-Rihanna.”
After her stints in rehab last year many people are speculating that her new lyrics will feature her turmoil. She says she’s not sure yet, however, if she is ready to expose that to the world.

Tony Award winner Mary-Louise Parker is back on the New York stage for the first time in more than three years! The Weeds star is currently acting in the off-Broadway production of Dead Man’s Cell Phone. The playwright Sarah Ruhl asked Mary-Louise to join the Playwrights Horizons.
After the opening night performance on March 4th, Mary-Louise and her co-stars (including the divine Kathleen Chalfant as the dead man’s powerhouse mom) crossed 42nd Street to party at the West Bank Café!

Get Treated by Watching HBO’s “In Treatment!”

HBO has done it again! Yet another hit series from the television network with the new drama “In Treatment.” The show airs frequently in 30-minute episodes five nights a week, following five patients’ treatment.
Gabriel Bryne plays the character of the therapist, Paul Weston. Half-way through its first season, the series is heating up with a whole new plot twist. One patient, Laura, played by Melissa George, tells Paul that she’s in love with him and tries to seduce him! Many real-life psychotherapists are responding to the show, saying that this issue of erotic transference is somewhat common in the mental health field.

Michelle Williams Reveals it All:

In a January interview, just a few days before her ex-Heath Ledger’s tragic death, Michelle Williams said she was still mourning their breakup. After their split in 2007 she said she didn’t know where to go and couldn’t imagine any place in the world that was going feel good to her.
Soon after the break-up, the 27 year old Hollywood star dove into work on several films to keep busy. The mom also spent a lot of time on Matilda, 2, her daughter with Ledger. She said Matilda is bigger to her than any relationship, bigger than the awards.
After Heath’s sudden death she is busy at work again on the new Scorsese film, Shutter Island, with Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Emily Mortimer, Ben Kingsley, and Patricia Clarkson.
